Chris Thompson is a seasonedcybersecurity veteran with 23 years of experience performing red teamingoperations against defense contractors, nuclear power plants, criticalindustries, and many of the world's largest banks and financial services firms.As the former head of IBM X-Force’s Adversary Services team, he is proud tohave founded, grown, and lead world class teams of exceptional red teamoperators, offensive engineers, and security researchers. His backgroundincludes working as a contract Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) operatorproviding training, and capability development for various government defensepartners and lawful intercept/foreign intel programs. He also serves on theBlack Hat USA Review Board and is the Founder of Offensive AI Con (OAIC).

Shawn Jones is a cybersecurityexecutive and researcher with more than 20 years of experience across theindustry, with a career centered on offensive security and advanced capabilitydevelopment. Prior to founding RemoteThreat, Shawn served as Head of CapabilityR&D and as a Red Team Operator with IBM X-Force’s Adversary Simulationteam, where he focused on public and private research into modern offensivecyber operations, evasion techniques, and operator capabilities. Drawing onthat experience, Shawn is the lead architect behind RemoteThreat’s O/C/Oplatform, shaping its original vision and technical direction. Today, he worksalongside the RemoteThreat team to continue evolving that vision, combiningadvanced offensive security tradecraft, automation, and AI-driven capabilitiesto help organizations operate more effectively and reduce risk.

Leveraging an entrepreneurial,customer-focused mindset and a 15 year background in go-to-market strategy, Robhas a proven track record of scaling innovative technology solutions withinhigh-growth startups and established global enterprises. Prior to RemoteThreat,Rob served as the Director of Client Success for IBM X-Force's AdversaryServices team, overseeing operations and customer experience for theiroffensive security services portfolio. He joined IBM through the acquisition ofRandori, a leader in Attack Surface Management (ASM) and Continuous AutomatedRed Teaming (CART). As Randori’s first post-sales hire, Rob built and led thecustomer success program from its pre-revenue stage through its successfulintegration into IBM. Rob’s experience also includes five years in venturecapital at .406 Ventures, investing in early-stage cybersecurity, data, and AIstartups.
